How it all works

You want to book a disco. You phone Centre Stage for details. Do you book there and then? How do you know your booking has been secured? What happens to your money? Can you meet the team before booking? What next? Did the chicken really come first or was it the egg?
With Centre Stage, you are never in the dark. We keep you informed throughout the whole process and we are always here to answer your questions along the way.
Firstly, you can contact us by phone or you can use our contact form here on our website.
After an initial chat with our friendly team, you may wish to make the booking there and then, or you might want to shop around first. Either way, we can send you a booking form and you can browse this website. There's plenty of information on our blog page too. You can also download the booking form here on the website at our downloads page.
Our booking form should be returned as soon as reasonably possible. This is your space to let us know, in writing, exactly what you require from us. You can now fill in the booking forms here on our website. Or you might want to go through the booking form by phone. We will give you a call at your convenience to go through everything. All your details will be kept in the strictest confidence. We do not share or re-sell any of the information you send to us. It stays with us, securely.
Should you wish to make a booking, we then mark your chosen date as provisionally booked and add the date to our diary. We will hold these for one week from the date of your enquiry. A deposit of just £100 will fully secure your booking, which will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your payment.
Balances should be paid two weeks before your event. We will let you know the due date in advance. We don't usually take payments on the day itself because it is awkward to chase people for money on the actual day of their celebration, be it a wedding or any other special celebration. In the event of any payments being made on the day, they must be paid at the tinme of our arrival and before the setting up of equipment takes place.
You can see lots of videos of us in action on our Facebook business page It may also be possible for you to come along and meet us beforehand at one of our existing events. This depends on the function itself and whether it is private or public. We have found this additional service to be of great use to our customers. Just check with us to see if anything appropriate is coming up.
If you wish to cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund, providing you cancel no less than two months before your event. Cancellations made after this may incur a fee of up to 50% of the cost of your booking, at our discretion.
Is that it? Just about! We are always here for you and happy to help, should you need to discuss or update anything along the way. We may send you the occasionaly friendly update, but you will always hear from us a week or two before the date of your event. We will get in touch to check that we are all up to date.
