This may be true, but it's a public service and one in which we take pride. It may not be the most intricate of services, but we take our work seriously and always like to speak to each customer to discuss specific needs in advance of all events so that we are better able to provide the kind of service you demand. After all, there's a lot more to our service than just playing music.

All bookings are confirmed in writing. We keep in contact with all of our customers along the way to make sure that we are all up to date with the proceedings and with any last-minute changes. Everything is explained clearly in our booking forms so you know exactly what to expect from us.
